Additionally, the Gang Sheet Builder is fully responsive, allowing users to access and use it seamlessly from any device, whether it’s a desktop, tablet, or smartphone.
Gangsheet is not free but almost free. It charge only 5% / design which is lowest in market. If customer order 10 copy of a design it still charge you 5% of one!

Manage Uploaded Files
Customers can easily upload their files for transfer or enhancement services. Similarly, as an admin or shop manager, you can easily download their files from the order page.
Files will be downloaded to your computer with the order number, allowing you to manage the files for further processing efficiently.
Sometimes, if a customer uploads the wrong file or if it is not suitable, you can simply reject these files with feedback. Our web solution will automatically email the customer about this, and they can upload the required file so you can proceed.
Email Automation
Communication is Key! Our system keeps customers and admins updated with automatic emails at each step.
New Order: Admin receives a new order email. Customer gets a confirmation email with a PDF invoice attached.
File Status: Admin can download customer-uploaded files.
Admin can mark files as “Accepted” or “Rejected,” and customers will be notified of the status.
Order Status: Admin can update order statuses to “Enhancing,” “Ready to Ship,” “Ready for Pickup,” “Completed,” and more, with corresponding notifications sent to customers.
More notifications will be explained over time.
Limited access for 3rd party
We partnered with a third-party service that specializes in artwork enhancement, including vectorization and background removal. While many online tools exist for these tasks, they often fail to meet the quality required for DTF transfers.
To ensure we meet our customers’ needs, we opted to source these services from professionals. However, sharing customer details was concerning, prompting us to develop a system that protects client information from third-party enhancers and we did it!
Now, you just need to change the status of a new order for enhancement to ‘Enhancing Artwork‘ and collect your commission. Our system will handle the rest!
